# Uploading and Organizing Assets

> Upload supported files to your organization and use tags to keep the asset library organized.

## Uploading Assets

To upload one or more assets:

1. Open the **Assets** page.
2. Click **Add Asset** in the header.
3. If `All Orgs` is selected, choose the target organization.
4. Select one or more files from your computer.
5. Review the selected files and organization.
6. Click **Confirm** to start the upload.
7. Watch the progress shown on each upload tile.

Completed uploads appear in the **Custom Assets** tab.

## Supported Upload Formats

The Dashboard supports these upload formats:

* `GLB` for 3D models
* `JPG`, `JPEG`, and `PNG` for images
* `MP4` for video
* `MP3`, `WAV`, and `OGG` for audio

If you select an unsupported file type, the Dashboard shows an error and skips that file.

## Tag Management

Tags help users organize and filter custom assets.

### Filter Assets by Tag

To filter the library:

1. Open the **Tags** section in the sidebar.
2. Select one or more tags.
3. The asset list updates to show matching items.

### Manage Tags for an Organization

Click the **Tags** button in the header to open the tag management dialog for the selected organization. From there you can:

* Search for existing tags
* Rename a tag by double-clicking it
* Select multiple tags and delete them in one action

### Add Tags to Individual Assets

Add or remove tags from the asset preview modal when editing an asset's details.
