# Common Workflows

> Follow the most common end-user workflows for trainings, scenes, assets, procedures, and device pairing.

## Create and Edit a Training

1. Open the **Trainings** page.
2. Click **Create VR Training**.
3. Choose **New Empty Training**.
4. Enter the name, organization, and voice settings.
5. Optionally enable resume, assessment, or auto-cache settings.
6. Create the training to open the training authoring app in a new tab.

## Import a Training from a Storyboard

1. Open the **Trainings** page.
2. Click **Create VR Training**.
3. Choose **Import Storyboard**.
4. Upload the Excel storyboard file.
5. Preview the imported content and complete the setup.

## Create and Edit a Scene

1. Open the **3D Scene Editor** page.
2. Click **Create 3D Scene**.
3. Enter the scene name and organization.
4. Create the scene to open **Scene Manager** in a new tab.
5. Save your changes from Scene Manager when you finish editing.

## Upload and Organize Assets

1. Open the **Assets** page.
2. Click **Add Asset**.
3. Choose the organization if needed.
4. Select supported files from your computer.
5. Confirm the upload.
6. Preview the uploaded asset and add tags if needed.

## Create and Share a Procedure

1. Open the **Procedures** page.
2. Click **Create Procedure** and choose **New Empty Procedure**.
3. Enter the name and organization.
4. Build the procedure in the Procedure Editor.
5. Return to the Dashboard and use **Share** to add authors or operators.

## Pair a Device

1. Open the profile menu.
2. Click **Pair Device**.
3. Enter the current 6-digit code from the device.
4. Wait for the success message.

## Clone a Training or Scene to Another Organization

1. Find the training or scene you want to copy.
2. Open its action menu.
3. Select **Clone**.
4. Enter the new name.
5. Choose the target organization.
6. Confirm the copy.

## Best Practices

* Use clear names for trainings, scenes, procedures, and assets.
* Pick the correct organization before creating content.
* Use tags to organize custom assets.
* Star frequently used content for faster access.
* Save often when working in Scene Manager and verify the save indicator before closing.
* Coordinate with teammates before editing the same scene to avoid save conflicts.
* Sign out when you finish, especially on shared computers.
