  1. Space Builder: When an Object is selected and long-pressed the Collab edit menu will be shown. The new meta-info icon will be displayed as part of the Collab menu item as shown below:
Note: The Collab menu will display meta-info icon only if there is meta-info for the Object defined
  1. Meeting: When an Object is selected and long-pressed the Meeting the edit menu will be shown. The new meta-info icon will be displayed as part of the Collab menu item as shown below:

  1. Project: When an Object is selected and long-pressed the new meta-info icon will be displayed at the bottom center of the Altoura window part of the Collab menu item as shown below:
Note: Since there is no collab menu in Project space, only the meta-info icon will be shown to the User. Meta-Info Panel: When a User clicks on the meta-info icon, Info Panel will be displayed as shown below: The Info Panel will support the following types of data as part of the current release: a) Text information b) Image c) Video d) HTML content The option to update different type of contents for meta-info is provided in Altoura Portal. Details of the same is provided under ‘Updating Meta-info section’. Meta-Info Panel behavior for different types of data: The details of how Info Panel will render different object types within the Info Panel which is launched when user clicks the ‘info’ icon. The Info Panel will be of defined dimension. If there is content which cannot be displayed within the default dimensions of the Info Panel the window will be expanded with scroll bar. The user will be able to scroll through the Info Panel and view all the content. The UI screenshot for all different type of content getting rendered in Info Panel is shown below:
  1. Text Information: The Info Panel will render all the Text information in a tabular format as shown below:
  1. Image The Info Panel will render all the Image within the frame defined for the Image section within the Info Panel as shown below:
  1. Video The Info Panel will render all the Video within the frame defined for the video section within the Info Panel as shown below:
  1. Table Content The Info Panel will render all the Table content within the frame defined for the table section within the Info Panel as shown below:
  1. Invalid Content: The Info Panel will display appropriate message when any of the content is not properly rendered or the link is broken. Sample screens for error message shown when either invalid media / text content is shown below:
  1. Multiple Content type in Info Panel: The Info Panel will render scroll bar to the panel when the content is beyond the defined max panel size. The Info Panel with scroll bar will be as shown below:
