Accessing the Dashboard
The Dashboard is accessed through a web browser using the URL provided by your organization. If you are not already signed in, the platform redirects you to the external Altoura authentication service. After successful sign-in, you return to the Dashboard and typically land on the Trainings page.What to Expect During Sign-In
After authentication, you may briefly see messages such as:Authenticating...Completing authentication...Redirecting...
Signing Out
To sign out:- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Sign Out.
- Your session is cleared and you are redirected back to the authentication service.
Session Expiry
If your session expires while you are working:- A notification appears:
Your session has expired. Redirecting to login... - You are redirected to sign in again
- After re-authenticating, you return to the page you were viewing
Dashboard Layout
The Dashboard uses the same core layout across its pages:- A left sidebar for navigation and page-level filters
- A header bar for search, organization selection, sorting, and view controls
- A main content area that shows cards or tables depending on the page and selected view
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar can include:- Trainings
- 3D Scene Editor
- Procedures
- Assets
- Page-specific filters such as status, type, extension, or tags
Header Controls
The header bar provides the main controls for working with content:| Control | What It Does |

| Profile | Opens account, theme, pairing, admin, and sign-out options |
