Accessing the Dashboard

The Dashboard is accessed through a web browser using the URL provided by your organization. If you are not already signed in, the platform redirects you to the external Altoura authentication service. After successful sign-in, you return to the Dashboard and typically land on the Trainings page.

What to Expect During Sign-In

After authentication, you may briefly see messages such as:
  • Authenticating...
  • Completing authentication...
  • Redirecting...
This is a normal transition and usually finishes within a few seconds.

Signing Out

To sign out:
  1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Sign Out.
  3. Your session is cleared and you are redirected back to the authentication service.

Session Expiry

If your session expires while you are working:
  • A notification appears: Your session has expired. Redirecting to login...
  • You are redirected to sign in again
  • After re-authenticating, you return to the page you were viewing

Dashboard Layout

The Dashboard uses the same core layout across its pages:
  • A left sidebar for navigation and page-level filters
  • A header bar for search, organization selection, sorting, and view controls
  • A main content area that shows cards or tables depending on the page and selected view
The sidebar can include:
  • Trainings
  • 3D Scene Editor
  • Procedures
  • Assets
  • Page-specific filters such as status, type, extension, or tags
Navigation is role-based. If you switch to an organization where you cannot access the current area, the Dashboard redirects you to the first page you can access.
