Profile Menu

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu. The menu can include:
  • Your avatar, display name, and email address
  • An avatar edit button
  • A Themes submenu
  • Admin for users with admin access
  • Pair Device
  • Sign Out

Changing Your Profile Photo

To update your profile photo:
  1. Open the profile menu.
  2. Click the avatar edit button.
  3. Choose a JPG or PNG file up to 5 MB.
  4. Use the crop tool.
  5. Confirm the change.

Theme Options

The platform supports three themes:

Light ModeUses light backgrounds with dark text

SystemMatches your operating system setting
Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser.

Admin Portal

Users with administrative access can open the Admin Portal from the profile menu. The Admin Portal opens in a new browser tab.

Pairing a Device

The Pair Device flow lets you connect a compatible headset or device to your account. Pair Device flow To pair a device:
  1. Open the profile menu.
  2. Click Pair Device.
  3. Wait for the pairing session to start.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code shown on the device.
  5. Wait for the validation result.

Pairing Requirements

  • The code must be exactly 6 digits

Pairing Messages

MessageMeaning
Validating code...The code is being checked
Invalid codeThe code does not match or has expired
Pairing is Successful.The device is now paired

Signing Out

To end your session, open the profile menu and select Sign Out.
