Profile Menu
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu. The menu can include:- Your avatar, display name, and email address
- An avatar edit button
- A Themes submenu
- Admin for users with admin access
- Pair Device
- Sign Out
Changing Your Profile Photo
To update your profile photo:- Open the profile menu.
- Click the avatar edit button.
- Choose a
JPGorPNGfile up to 5 MB. - Use the crop tool.
- Confirm the change.
Theme Options
The platform supports three themes:| Theme | Behavior |

| Light Mode | Uses light backgrounds with dark text |
| Dark Mode | Uses dark backgrounds with light text |
| System | Matches your operating system setting |
Admin Portal
Users with administrative access can open the Admin Portal from the profile menu. The Admin Portal opens in a new browser tab.Pairing a Device
The Pair Device flow lets you connect a compatible headset or device to your account.
- Open the profile menu.
- Click Pair Device.
- Wait for the pairing session to start.
- Enter the 6-digit code shown on the device.
- Wait for the validation result.
Pairing Requirements
- The code must be exactly 6 digits
Pairing Messages
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
Validating code... | The code is being checked |
Invalid code | The code does not match or has expired |
Pairing is Successful. | The device is now paired |
