Common Messages

The Dashboard can show these common messages and feedback patterns:
  • Your session has expired. Redirecting to login...
  • Upload errors for unsupported file formats
  • Save messages in Scene Manager such as Saving scene... and Scene saved successfully!
  • Confirmation dialogs for deletion and other destructive actions
  • Empty states such as No trainings found, No scenes found, or No matching assets

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it normal to be redirected to a login page?

Yes. If you are not signed in or your session expired, the platform redirects you to the external authentication service and then returns you to the Dashboard.

Why is an item grayed out?

The item is usually Inactive. Inactive trainings, scenes, and procedures appear dimmed and do not open when clicked.

Why does a scene open in a new tab?

Scenes open in Scene Manager, which is a separate editing workspace.

What file types can I upload as assets?

The supported upload formats are GLB, JPG, JPEG, PNG, MP4, MP3, WAV, and OGG.

What is the difference between an Author and an Operator in procedures?

Authors can receive read-only or edit access. Operators can run procedures but cannot edit them.

Troubleshooting

Authentication Problems

If you are redirected repeatedly or cannot access content after signing in:
  • Sign in again
  • Confirm you belong to the correct organization
  • Verify that your role includes access to the area you are opening

Missing Navigation Items

If a page is missing from the sidebar, your current organization role may not include access to that area. Switch organizations if needed.

Cannot Create Content

Create actions appear only when your role includes the required write access in the selected organization.

Training Will Not Save

If Training cannot save:
  • Check the error message
  • Coordinate with other editors if the same Training may have been changed elsewhere

Scene Will Not Save

If Scene Manager cannot save:
  • Check the error message
  • Look for a save conflict warning
  • Coordinate with other editors if the same scene may have been changed elsewhere

Asset Upload Fails

If an asset upload fails:
  • Confirm the file format is supported
  • Try the upload again
  • Re-export the file if it may be corrupted

Cannot Find an Asset

If an asset seems to be missing:
  • Check both System Assets and Custom Assets
  • Clear active filters
  • Confirm you are viewing the correct organization
