The Static Side Menu provides primary navigation when you are on the Home screen. It appears beside the Procedure Landing panel and allows access to the main areas of the application This menu is visible only when you are not inside a Procedure and not in a Remote Expert session.

Available Options

The menu includes three buttons:

• Procedures
• Remote Expert
• Profile

Open Procedures

Use this option to:

Access and start a procedure.

Steps

1. Select Procedures.

Result

• The Procedures panel opens.
• You can browse and select a procedure to begin.

Open Remote Expert

​

Use this option to:

Start or join a remote support session.

​

Steps

1. Select Remote Expert.

Result

• The Remote Expert interface opens.

Open Profile

​

Use this option to:

View account information or sign out.

​

Steps

1. Select Profile.

Result

• Your account details are displayed.
• You can select Sign Out to log out.
• The installed application version is shown in this panel.

Floating Side Menu (Palm Access)

Overview

The Floating Side Menu provides access to the same primary navigation options as the Static Side Menu. Instead of being fixed beside the landing panel, this menu appears on the user’s palm when a specific gesture is performed. This allows quick and context-aware navigation without requiring the user to look toward a fixed panel.

How to Access

To open the Floating Side Menu:

1. Raise either hand.
2. Ensure the palm is facing toward you.

When the gesture is detected, the side menu appears anchored to your palm.
