Recording Data Offline

If the Experience is cached and the user is not in a Meeting, a user can run the Experience offline. In this case, the data for that user will be stored on the device until the user is able to connect back to internet. When this happens, a warning icon will appear on your user menu as shown below. Once connected back to internet, the user’s data will be to the cloud and will be viewable in the Experience reports.

Choice Node Reports

If there is a choice node in an Experience, a report of the selections on the choice node will be generated as users go through the Experience.

Experience Analytics

For a more detailed view of the performance of users in an Experience, regardless of whether or not there is a choice node in the Experience, check out the Analytics tab.
To access a report, go to the Experiences tab of the portal.
On the Experience’s row, click the document icon.
The report should show you the user, the date, the meeting name if the user is in one, the answers the user made on the choice nodes in the Experience, and what they got wrong in Assessment Mode.
